- Machine scrubbing of hard floors
- Cleaning of all interior windows

- Washing of all walls, ceilings, lights and fans, baseboards, moldings and curtains
- Interior cleaning of all cupboards, cabinets, refrigerator, stove, microwave, etc.
- Delivery of storage containers during clean-out process
- E-Waste and appliance recycling
- Removal and recycling of non-running vehicles
- Referrals are available for painting, drywall repair and/or replacement, roof repairs, exterior window cleaning, etc.

Question: Do your employees undergo a police background check?
Answer: Yes, all of our staff, including our supervisors, have undergone police background checks to ensure client safety and peace of mind.
Question: What if I have a problem?
Answer: If you need to call us, our telephones are answered 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year.
Question: Do you have insurance?
Answer: J.C. Commercial Cleaning Services carries a full insurance package on the company and our employees, to protect our clients. All employees are insured with the Workers Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) as well.
Question: Are your employees trained for safety?
Answer: Yes, all employees are WHMIS trained, as well as any specialized training required for specific sites. We have an extensive Health and Safety program that is updated and reviewed regularly.
Question: What are your terms of payment?
Answer: Home services are negotiated on a tiered system to progress with the work being done. Estate Clearing can be directed to the lawyer to pay from the proceeds of a sale.
Question: I only need help to get some stuff organized. I can't seem to get started. Do I have to have you reorganize my whole house to use your services?
Answer: No, absolutely not. We will help with anything; cleaning out a linen closet, setting up a garage, re-purposing a room
(ie, change an office to a nursery), or simply helping to deal with the clutter that has accumulated in a specific area of your home. We tailor our services to meet your needs.
Question: Should I put out drinks and lunch for the workers coming to my house?
Answer: No, absolutely not. Our crew will bring their own drinks and meals. We will leave your premises for lunch, so you have a break of your own from people being in your home.
Question: Will you be using your own equipment, or should I pull out my vacuum cleaner, etc?
Answer: J.C. will bring their own commercial grade equipment, supplies and chemicals. Our client is not responsible for any of those items.
Question: I am allergic to latex. Will this be a problem?
Answer: No, we regularly practice allergen-free cleaning, including the use of non-latex gloves.
