Answer: Yes, we can provide day, night and weekend cleaning services that are flexible to your needs.
Question: Do your employees undergo a police background check?
Answer: Yes, all of our staff, including our supervisors, have undergone police background checks to ensure client safety and peace of mind.
Question: What if I have a problem?
Answer: You will receive regular site inspection visits together with service calls to ensure you are happy with our service. If you need to call us, our telephones are answered 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year.
Question: Do you have insurance?
Answer: J.C. Commercial Cleaning Services carries a full insurance package on the company and our employees, to protect our clients. All employees are insured with the Workers Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) as well.
Question: Do I have to have cleaning every night of the week?
Answer: All cleaning service packages can be customized to suit your needs, whether that be once only, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or any combination.

Answer: Yes, all employees are WHMIS trained, as well as any specialized training required for specific sites. We have an extensive Health and Safety program that is updated and reviewed regularly.
